On boot up Dram passes, CPU passes, VGA fails. Connecting monitor to integrated HDMI fails, installing graphic card fails, CPU supports Intel UHD Graphics 630
Is this mother board a intel 300 chip set? ROG STRIX Z390-E GAMING. Can not get it to boot up because of the vga QLED failure
The HDMI port should work, but I also installed a good Graphic Card sill not going passed VGA
