USB 3.0 ports only gets 40MB/s speeds

Hi!

My mobo: ASUS ROG MAXIMUS X HERO

My problem is that my USB 3.0 ports are not performing as they should. I only get 40MB/s barely on them. I am using a 3.0 cable yes and my device is also 3.0 compatible since its works on my laptop's 3.0 port.
The front port also dont works as a 3.0.
BOth of the 3.1 ports are working fine and im getting 150-160MB/s speeds on them.

I am running the latest BIOS and Chipset and Win OS.
I tried uninstalling and updating the USB host controllers but it also didnt help.

Somebody experienced same problems?

Sadly i can't. I have sent an email to ASUS but they didnt reply yet:(

I sent an email to ASUS support and the provided me a chipset driver which actually fixed the issue. The USB 3.0 ports are now act as a 3.0! 🙂
They said windwos update could overwrite some drives thats why it could have happened.
