Is this what it should read? Shouldn't it read Firmware > AsusTek or something like that?

Did I miss any drivers or something?

EDIT: On the Asus Rog strix Z490-I with 10900K

Hi,

No, you hadn't forgotten to install anything, what you show is in fact a device representation of your BIOS/UEFI, you can also see in this same place (Properties of System firmware) in the Firmware tab the version number of your BIOS/UEFI.

Note : The question that comes to you now may be is why this representation in the OS ? Because more and more BIOS/UEFI (especially for notebooks) are directly updated via Windows Update.

Thank you for your fantastic reply clarifying everything. Yes, the firmware tab says Firmware version: 704.
