Strix z390-E fan 40mm noise

Hi,
What options do i have to replace this fan, or do i really need it, since i have the cpu at stocks settings (turbo on).
It's very noisy, monitor on Bios gives over 6000rpm.
I would like to replace it for a bigger one, less rpm but i dont now what it really cools down, and if i will have tempateratures problems.
Did anyone had this kind of trouble?
Thanks in advance

With that tower air cooler you might not even need it. I use it as I'll cooling with an AIO. The fan is for VRM cooling.

I don't think our board has VRM Temperature sensors, or at least I haven't seen them in HWINFO.
