Recently I started to notice issues with my wifi adaptor that came with the motherboard. I am getting MASSIVE ping spikes and I get random dips in speeds. Every 10 minutes or so it even disconnects from the network entirely (this happens regardless of what network its connected to.) Removing the adaptor still shows the same behaviour. I connected an older usb wifi adaptor to my computer and now my connection and speeds are consistent.

I had updated my bios before this problem started (version 2401) and tried resetting my adaptor settings to no avail.
Could it a bios issue or is there something physically wrong with my motherboard? Any help is appreciated.
