ROGSTRIXZ390-F GAMING Motherboard Update

Hi there

Apologies but wanted clarification as alot of answers i could find are old - i have the ROGSTRIX Z390-F Gaming motherboard. If i update the bios do i lose my OC profile set up?

Welcome to the ROG forum.

Updating the bios resets it to default settings, so yes you will lose your current OC profile.
