Rog Strix Z390-H ram problems

Hi i have Asus ROG Strix Z390-H, alongside with new RAM - Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz C16, but he has problems with RAM.

When he inserts one stick into B2 and the other into A2 slot (which is recommended by Asus in the user's manual), some lights light up (2 orange) on motherboard,but the computer does not boot (there is nothing on the display). Same thing is for A1 + B1, A1 only and A2 only. But when he puts sticks into B1+B2 slots, the BIOS shows up normally. However, I have read that this is a bad setup for 2 RAM sticks. it will not boot at all after installing the second pair of boards

Some one have you met it yet? Can it be solved?
