ROG MAXIMUS XI HERO (WI-FI) Can't seem to use 2nd M.2 Drive with two cards in the final two slots

Hello! I recently added an M.2 drive to my board in the lower M.2 slot. The primary one under the CPU is taken with the  exact same model and size M.2 drive.

I did some upgrades to the boar d by adding a PCIe Network Adapter (2.5 GB) to the PCIEX16_3 (shorter slot #5) and then a WiFi 6E card to the larger PCIEX16_3 slot (#6).

Now the system constantly gives me blue screens of death, reboots, etc. When I take out the 2nd M.2 drive, everything seems fine so far.

Is there a setting I can change to be able to use all of those or is it one or the other (I can use the drive but not the cards.)

Otherwise I may just upgrade the MB & CPU to something else like an AMD Ryzen that has WiFi 6E and 2.5GB built in.

I do have a Coffee Lake i9 unlocked, which is still a great chip, I'd hate to have to change it out, but I can't seem to find a solution to this problem.

You can see in the photo below I've removed the 2nd M.2 drive and it works fine. I've used the drive in another computer before without any issues. I'm sure it has something to do with those two cards conflicting with the drive being there, maybe sharing PCIE lanes is causing the problem.

Another thought I had was to mount the card vertically and then I would have access to that 2nd PCIE slot I can't get to right now because it's too close to the video card.

Thanks in advance!

I've added a card riser and moved the two cards up to the PCIEX1_2 and PCIEX16_2 and so far no problems. Have not tried any overclocking, just want to see if it stays stable for regular tasks. Still if anyone knows why that happened I'd appreciate it. Best!
