I've had an issue booting up ever since I had updated my BIOS to 0602. Occasionally, I receive the following error upon booting up. It reads:
"Memory OK! succeeds in system booting! Enter BIOS setup menu and save the memory settings, or visit ASUS website (www.asus.com) for latest BIOS version. Press F1 to Run SETUP"
See included pics for error and my current settings.

MemOK! means memory training process failed during post. If you set XMP, BIOS sets these voltages automatically, usually too high. Try to manually tune VCCSA and VCCIO.
In my case I also had random MemOK! when using rated RAM speed &3866 MHz. Playing with VCCIO and VCCSA and VRAM doesn't prevent from random MemOK! What I've done was to set MRC Fast Boot to enable and Fast Boot after AC Power Lost after successful first memory training.
