Request to have ASPM L1 SUBSTATE option in z370-H UEFI

So , Intel are cards requires L1 substate to be enabled in order to have lower power consumption at idle state . Unfortunately my z370-H has ASPM L1 option but no L1 substate . Anyhow to add a option for it in the UEFI?
