Go to Asus Products site, Motherboards, find your board using the drop-down tabs and open the Overview page. You will have options on top right side of page for Overview, Specifications, Gallery, Review, and Support,.. click on Support, then CPU/Memory Support, Memory/Device Support, then ROG_MAXIMUS_XI_HERO_SERIES_ MEMORY_QVL. https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/ROG-MAXIMUS-XI-HERO-WI-FI/HelpDesk_QVL/

Thank you so much. Unfortunately I looked on the QVL and my Corsair CMT64GX4M4C3200C16 RAM isn't on there. Hopefully it works when I plug it in.

Just because it's not on the list, doesn't mean it won't work (especially high quality Corsair Dominator ram like that). It only means THAT particular SKU simply hasn't been tested for use with that particular board. Nothing else. It wasn't tested with it, doesn't mean it wont work.

For example, my CMT32GX4M4Z3200C16 isn't on the QVL of my motherboard (Asus Maximus XI Formula) either, yet it runs perfectly stable with XMP on and even at a higher 3333Mhz than the advertised "3200".
