Q Connector

Hi
Just received my mobo today and not sure with one thing, Ii want to connect the F panel, im using the Q connector and there is no + - for Reset/Ground and PWR/Ground? What should i do ?
Ii think Reset is + Ground - and PWR + Ground - ?
Ground means for negative i think ?

Not sure pls help ASAP im building my rig now, and i dont want to do damage anything?

I had few problem with it so I spend too much time bulding this rig now....but slowly getting there
Had small problem with ram but all sorted. But there another issue My dog just bite USB cable coming from PUMP and i need to fix it somehow.
