i Have Asus Code XI mobo with the next hardware:
i7 9700kf
2 stick of RAM (xmp profile)
RTX 4090 (PCIe_1)
Avermedia Capture card (PCIe_3)
2 m2 ssds Samsung 970 PRO
The question is related to Capture card PCIe_3 x16 slot, it runs at x2 speed instead of x4 (what is capture card requires).
A have change settings in BIOS to PCIe gen3, and PCIe_3 x4 mode, but no effect.
Any suggestions?
