NVMe device not recognised after BIOS update 0802

Hi

Did an BIOS update this morning via EZ Flash via internet. Version 0802 was installed but now issues with NVMe drives which are not recognized anaymore. As my OS is running on these Samsung 970 can start up PC. Anyone an idea how to solve ???
