maximus xi hero i9 9900k serverly limited by the temp

Not sure if this is right but I get a warning about being severely limited by the temperature yet my maximum temp is 64c at 4.9GHZ All cores.

sorry there's a small bug in the software in that it misunderstood the 'single core boost frequency' as the 'default' frequency thus hallucinating that the current all core is 'lower' than default which isn't true and thus the message can be ignored. will be fixed
