Hello! Recently i have been testing a lot and it seems that stuttering for me is pretty much a RAM issue. I remember that when i first built this PC i did not wait for it to fully turn on and shut down by force then turned on. I believe it was a mistake but what's done is done.
Does anyone know how can i reset the Memory Controller? I cannot seem to find any information about this. The sticks i am using are TridentZ Royal 3200 CL14 and proc is 9900KS. If not is there any particular way to fully reset the motherboard that isn't a clear cmos, bios reflash or cmos battery out? I already tried all these...
