MAXIMUS XI Extreme DIMM.2 - bios setting ?

Hi

can someone tell me where I can find the info to activate the DIMM.2 module in the bios. I have looked all over into the bios settings but can not find the setting.
I have 2 250GB Samsung EVO 970 mudules in the DIMM.2 module but before using them I need a BIOS setiing.

CPU PCIE config mode set to DIMM.2_1 +DIMM2_2
SATA mode set to INtel RST Premium

After reboot in NVMe config I see both 970 EVO. but when I Start EZ Tuning to set up RAID0 I get PCIE or SATA but no NVMe shown. What I still wrong ????
