Maximus X Hero - code 55

Hello guys,im new here,my name is Alex im 33 🙂 So i recently purchased Maximux X hero...when i install ram ( g.skill tridentz RGB 3200) on 1st and 3rd slot i got code 55,when i install ram on 3rd and 4th slot everything is working..because i have code i guess mobo is reading ram but for some reason wont work...any help?

Start a new post for these. I got the same problem in my board when i change from 6700k to 7700k. And was the cooler was to tight in one side. turn off the computer power down. remove the cooler and re seat the cpu and install the cooler. in my case that works. i have to change my cooler since for a odd and inexplicable reason, the 7700k is 1mm more than the 6700k That was my case and please make a post there are a lot of users can make these a good one for the books

While you have the cpu out, check the cpu socket for any bent or misaligned pins.

I have had my Maximus Hero X for a couple weeks but I remember that the setup for two sticks of ram were to install in the 2nd and 4th slots.
