Previously, there was such an option, but after updating BIOS on 2203 it disappeared, now there is only AHCI and Intel RST. I have a boot disk that only works normally in IDE mode. I can boot, but it will work slowly and only IDE mode changes the situation.
If so, can I find out with which particular BIOS version such changes have occurred and why was this done at all?

This is System Repair Disc from Windows 7. To restore the image of the system partition, I booted from it. But it always, even on previous platforms, copies very slowly if the controller operates in AHCI mode 😞
