MAXIMUS X HERO broken XMP because of bios 2102

I have the ROG MAXIMUS X HERO (WI-FI AC) and G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C16D-16GTZR. Windows 10 1908

For sure Bios 2203 and 2102 when I chose XMP profile, Windows will crash and blue screen. The last time XMP profile worked was bios 2004 or 1901.

How do we report this to ASUS to fix?

Does it still behave that way if you manually set the memory timings yourself outside of XMP? Try setting as many as possible yourself compared to the last good bios, including voltages, and see if it behaves the same. To be honest, most of the time bios revisions arent really worth it unless youre having an issue, since you can update CPU microcode yourself, and also flash intel ME firmware yourself, which are two big parts of the bios update anyway.

is the memory on their QVL list ? If so request a RMA and that will get their attention

Is your CPU o/c ? Try resetting everything to stock and then just to the XMP. I have the TridentZ RGB but its 3600 and it works perfectly. Do you have other memory that you can try in your machine?
will
