Maximus X hero and thermaltake controller

Has any one used this controller with their thermaltake RGB fan?

The TTGB plus software is not detecting my controller.
Error code: H_0X0001 ( could not find fan controller.) rgb and fan working and i can used Aura apps to control it from the motherboard. But thermaltake software wont detect the controller.

I use this controller on my Hero XI and as far as I know the whole reason for using this controller is to skip using the crappy Thermaltake software and just control the fans and rgb through the motherboard bios or asus software. I have used the bios to set mine up works perfect. hope this helps you.
