Maximus X Formula - QCode 53 loop

I’m stuck with a “Detect Memory” error on my PC. I’ve reseated every piece of RAM, I’ve booted the machine without any RAM, and tried single sticks in different slots. Every boot stays the same at QCode 53.
The PC worked fine last night, no idea why all of a sudden it can’t detect any memory. The boot is preventing my display from detecting any signal too so I can’t view the BIOS as it appears no RAM at all is being detected.

I can’t find a clear CMOS button... and the CPU was correctly installed with the heat sink fixing applied with diagonal pressure when screwing in (as expected).
How can I flush out this error?

The weird thing is, despite the motherboard staying no RAM can be detected, the RGB strips on the RAM modules are all lighting up and receiving power from the motherboard.....*
