Maximus Hero XI (Wi-Fi) Bluetooth Mouse in BIOS not working

I am trying to use my Logitech MX Mouse in the BIOS... but cannot get it work. Help would be much appreciated.

The Windows Event Viewer is giving me the following message:

My system is not in English, so the translated message is:

Windows cannot save any Bluetooth-authentication codes (pairing codes) to the local adapter. Bluetooth keyboards might not work in the system BIOS during boot.

I have the XI Hero with WIFi and hope I can get this to work.

I have tried the driver available from ASUS Version 20.100.0.5 and also the new Intel driver 20.120.2.1.
The same error appears in the Windows Event Viewer.

I beleive that you use for the bluetooth mouse with usb connected. Did you try to install the driver of the mouse?

Solution 1:
Try to install its driver from here: https://support.logitech.com/en_us/product/performance-mouse-mx/downloads#

Solution 2:
Try different usb port for it.

Solution 3:
Enable XHCI hands off in bios.

I hope any of these solution will help.

Thank you for your reply... I did install the driver. I only have the dongle for the 2,4 Ghz from Logitech but I am using the mouse as a bluetooth mouse. I am trying to get my bluetooth device to work in BIOS.

I guess using bluetooth mice in BIOS is not very common and maybe not supported? can somebody from ASUS perhaps confirm if this is the case?
