Long Duration Package Power Limit is safe? Or keep FULL PERFORMANCE in Windows?

Hi.
My mobo Asus Prime Z390-A, and 9900K.

3dmark graphic test 2 was throttling my cpu speed. I made a HIGH PERFORMANCE from BALANCED plan in windows settins and fps are normal and no drops and full boost. Any ideas? So keep high performance plan in Windows?

Or just Long Duration Package Power Limit change in uefi from 95W to 155W? What is better?

ps:
MultiCoreEnhacement is OFF in UEFI. AUTO is bugged.

So actually yes. MCE is OFF,Power PLan on HIGH PERFORMANCE and 4,7ghz is always on stress. All other default in UEFI.

while overclocking use these values in bios
EXTREME TWEAKER -> EXTERNAL DIGI+ POWER CONTROL:
CPU Current Capability.............................170% (or as much as possible)

EXTREME TWEAKER -> INTERNAL CPU POWER MANAGEMENT:
Long Duration Package Power Limit..................4095
Package Power Time Windows.........................127
Short Duration Package Power Limit.................4095

Would need more UEFI settings to confirm but GT in 3DMark shouldn't be drawing anywhere near enough current to induce power throttling on this platform. For these types of loads, both long and short power duration are fine left at default. The drop in clock speed when using a balanced profile is due to the lack of load placed on the CPU during the test.

All power duration limits at default settings, power reported via XTU

Formula XI 5GHz (Sync all cores) @ 1.34v and LLC6

GT 2= 75W
CPU Test = 165W

Hi. So i have actually: MultiCoreEnhacement on ENABLED,INTEL TURBO ENABLED,XMP ON.

My cinebench scores are between 2120-2150 points. Also 3dmark physic time spy test consistent 40FPS always.

Long Duration Package Power Limit.................AUTO.
Package Power Time Windows........................AUTO
Short Duration Package Power Limit.................AUTO

Question. So keep this settings or change ?

On Assassin Creed Oddyssey in benchmark my average fps ,final score are fluctuatin between: 72-78FPS.
So is this game/driver issue or just i must change that settings in XTU?

The scores are fine, should be no need to adjust given the workload.

Oki. So its a game issue benchmark ,rather not cpu setttings?:)

And left all cpu settings like i have?

Oki i updated drivers and make 3 runs scores was the same in AC 🙂 Also i read somewhere that is depending sometimes in weather in benchmark fps 🙂 thank you Silent for help.Really appreciate it.
