Is it ok to leave CPU Power Duty Control and CPU Power Phase Control to Extreme 24/7?

Instead of T. Probe and Auto, is it safe leaving CPU Power Duty Control and CPU Power Phase Control to Extreme 24/7?

If it helps with stability, yes. For 24/7 it shouldn’t be needed.
