How come CPU Current Capability went from 170% to 140% on Z390-I 2417 Bios update?

I just updated bios today on the Z390-I mobo, and I noticed CPU Current Capability maxes out at 140% instead of 170%? How come, and how much will this affect my overclock?

I know its old news, but i wondered this same thing, running cinebench r20, on my 8700K @5.1ghz (ASUS Strix Z390-E)
140%- 10020,10042,10021
170%- 10021,10020,10020

Safe to say, no difference 🙂
