Hero xi q code A0 or A9

Hello,

I have'd this board for couple years and I alwyas get A0 or a9 then i force shut down and boot again and sometimes it just boots and works. Any idea why im facing this code? btw i tried it with and without gpu and it is the same

Is it hanging on these codes? 
A0 (IDE initialisation is started) is the normal boot code for my Maximus XI Hero. 
A9 (Start of Setup). 

My initial advice would be to replace the CMOS Battery as it sounds like it might be loosing the BIOS information???
