Help increase my Timespy score

Im not sure what im doing wrong, or if my card is just not a good overclocker. I've tried doing the curve with afterburner, the scanner with X1 but I never make it through the benchmark and always have to dial down. Like someone has a higher score with a 9900k at 5.1 than I do with 5.2 and we have the same setup. Not sure what tweaks help or what im messing up, seems like the higher boost I get the lower my score goes. I did hit 2115 but it was one of my lowest graphic scores.

My temps usually was 30-35c. But my card seems to only like 2070 to 2080 boost while running timespy with those temps, power target at 126% on the Galax 380w bios and 130% on the evga.

Any tips to get my numbers up??

Thanks

Sorry but the resolution in the images is so poor I can’t read it. What’s your overall scores? Did you do a compare with similar systems? A higher OC doesn’t always mean better performance.*

If you click on the image you can see the full resolution, unless you're on mobile.

I have a coworker who has the same pc as me and is getting 16800 graphics score and 1280-1300 cpu. I broke 16234 graphics score but never 16000 overall.

Honestly that’s not a bad score. Your not going to break any records with your CPU or a single card. A lot of variables for small changes. If you were getting like under 10K that would be a problem. Tweaking all GPU settings to high performance, setting power on CPU to performance, booting with minimal items running , squashing AV running using GPU tweak game booster and selecting best performance will change text appearance to minimal and kill a bunch of unnecessary processes.*

Your GPU scores blow mine away, but I'm averaging 12.7k with my 9900k @ 5.1 on all 8 cores. Ring is at 4.7k, with RAM at 3900 Mhz.

I’m getting about 20K on graphics but that’s two 1080TIs. My total scores are about 2K higher but again 2 GPUs and 6 more cores at 4.8 GHZ *there is an entire thread in the OC section with TS scores. Good read to see what others are getting and post up yours.*
