Hi guys,
I'm facing a problem since almost 2 week now.
My Pc :
Motherboard : ROG-STRIX Z390 H GAMING
Bios version : 2012
OS : Windows 10 PRO
Internet connection : Optical Fiber
Connected to my Internet Box provider with Ethernet cable.
Since now 2 weeks i was facing some ethernet disconnection and i'm trying to see what's wrong with my PC.
I decided workaround the problem to plug Ethernet Card on PCI-E slot but still i got my Windows Network icon switching from Connected to Disconnected status....
I called my Internet provider but it seems there no Internet loss of service from their side !!!
By the way i formated my PC and reinstall everything from scratch. Still the problem is there !!
I was monitoring almost everyday the Monitoring event log from Windows in SYSTEM menu and SOFTWARE and nothing abnormal like Critical error or Warning.
I also tried many Ethernet cable to make sure it does not come from it but still the problem is there.
I'm quite lost because my computer is quite new i bought it less then 3 Months.
Can someone one help me to identify the root cause of my problem please.
