Confused with the latest ME Version

Hi,

I just updated my Maximus X Code BIOS to 2003 / I also updated to the latest Intel Chipset ME drivers from Asus website version: V1914.12.0.1256 (I also installed the latest from station-drivers)

Now which ME firmware version should be shown after those updates?

I see:

Even though the release notes say Asus updated the ME firmware in the BIOS, they haven't.

What MEinfo is giving you for the FW version is correct. You can also boot to the BIOS and see the ME firmware version.

Hi,

ASUS probably made a mistake in the changelog of the latest BIOS wave for ROG Maximus XI and ROG Strix Z390 Gaming.

Nevertheless, you can check your Intel ME firmware version and/or update your Intel ME firmware through this thread : https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?111069-FIRMWARE-Intel-ME-(3xx-Serie).
