So, I put a 9900K on my Z370 ROG MAXIMUS X HERO and I noticed there's coil whine on the VRM area. I changed the C-States to disabled and made it a bit more tolerable but I would like to know if coil whine on mobo's VRMs is a good reason to RMA a board or at least return it to place of purchase under warranty.
