Chipset Question?

How do I install this chipset driver, Ver 1914.12.0.1256. It is the newest one on my mobo website (ROG MAXIMUS XI HERO (WI-FI).

I run the asus setup and nothing happens???

I check the driver verison in device manager and it shows a old driver version?

How do I do this, doing a clean install, asus suite messed something up on my rig?

Thanks in advance guys.

All hardware is installed properly or there would be a yellow exclamation mark. If it aint broken, don't fix it. You can always grab the "Intel Driver & Support Assistant" which (if there are any) will grab the chipset updates directly from microsoft

Hi,

The version number you quote (1914.12.0.1256) does not match the Intel Chipset drivers, but rather the Intel MEI drivers.

If you want to check the installation of these, look in the properties of Intel Management Engine Interface in Device Manager.
