Hi George

You can set your ram one of two ways, with XMP or setting it manually.

In the bios on the Extreme Tweaker tab set the AI Overclock Tuner to XMP.

Then scroll down and set:

CPU VCCIO Voltage - 1.15v
CPU System Agent Voltage 1.15v

F10 and Enter to Save and Exit.

How does she go ?

i Seen this happen a lot just because the ram is 3000 doesnt mean its at that speed just by installing the ram on the board u need to set profile or set the ram to 3000 and enter the correct voltage and timing that is on the stick itself

It looks like you have XMP enabled, all looks good.

Play a game and see how it goes.

While in the bios hit F7 to switch to advanced mode, then follow the steps in my first post.
