Z370 / Z390

A question about the M.2 slots on Asus XI Hero motherboard

Hi, I'm building my first pc and have a quick question. I currently have my Samsung Evo 970 nvme drive in the M.2_2 Socket and I just wanted to ask if having it like this will mean that the sata ports 5 and 6 will not work?Thanks
