why base standby voltage is too high?

hello. i m using Z370F motherboard. and 0430 bios . i wonder why VCCIO and standby voltage is too high? (i m using G.SKILL XMP) 1.35V VIO STB voltage is red value..so i set VCCIO 1.2 , Standby 1.2 is it ok?
