Hi, One day ,after turning on my computer, on boot screen it showed "NO KEYBOARD DETECTED"..so i have tried everything
#FOR USB
1.Clearing CMOS
2.Removed battery and placed again
3.Tried connecting other keyboards
4.Clean install of OS
5.Installed all updated drivers
#FOR SHUTDOWN
Done nothing, dont know what to do.
none of them worked, so after few days while checking the motherboard i have found a "USB3.1 Gen2 port" at top of the motherboard beside C-Type port. I have checked connecting in that port,,ahhh its working.
I have turned on my computer ,I have thought everything will be fine and checked the other USB ports..THEY ARE NOT WORKING
Then i checked drivers in device manager ,there one driver got an error. "USB xHCI Complaint Controller" this driver is getting delta icon, so i have tried updating drivers, then its giving already an updated driver is installed on this device. in info its showing "error code 10"..Then i tried clean installing of OS again, still no use,
So i have searched through google to any info will be found but none..some forums saying its an HARDWARE issue, some are saying its an BIOS issue.
Another main issue is my computer is not getting shutdown.
What is this ASUS ,whats happining ..anyone from Forum/ASUS please respond.....
