I have just got my rebuild computer with Asus Maximus Hero XI motherboard and I7 8700K. I dont plan any oc but i want that my pc runs stable. I prefer if someone has any suggestion what should i leave on auto and what should i set manually. The windows will be freshly install on it in Uefi.
And anyone has any experience that which bios version is the most stable at this moment? I am on 0805 now.
Becide the optimal bios I have a problem. --> When I finished the clean install and i start to install the drivers everything goes fine. But when i install Intel Rapid ST like my computer get crazy. When the system after installation reboot my boot is takes very long time (around 5 minutes or more) and after when booted finally my secondary HDD which one is only for storage it disappear. Only appear and the system boot again normally if i boot from cold boot. Anyone has any suggestion what is wrong? The system is on ssd and in bios it sets to AHCI.
