8086K + Z370-i Gaming Power Limit?

Just finished this build and set all cores to 5Ghz but some how the multiplayer will drop under load to x47 with HWInfo showing powerlimit reached when It happens.
I have set the CPU Current Capability to 140% and the cpu would still throttle.

Please help.

Temps are around 75 to 80 Range.

cpu: 8086k Delidded 1.3 adaptive Vcore.
ram: Gskill 4266mhz XMP enabled
mobo: Rog Strix Z370-i mini ITX board.
cpu cooler: H80i v2
PSU: Corsair SF600 SFX

Solved the Issue: I set Short cpu power limit to 256
and Long cpu power limit to 512.
No more throttling.
