Leave XMP off for now. Run at default. Let's try to see if your chip can hit 5ghz.
Try upping to 1.325 and then 1.350
Agree with Philly, are you stable without overclocking? Can you run stress tests at stock speeds? What are your cpu loaded temps without OC?

No need to up any voltages...ATM....set the chip at defaults...and enable XMP and select mode 1...set to sync all cores....set the SA/IO voltages to 1.15-1.20 volts...set AVX to 0....leave LLC to auto....test for stability....reply back with results....

I have results of the first test.
I state that the test is done first with cinebench and then with intel extreme tuning.
I reset to factory settings and set the values you have indicated to me. I noticed that SA / IO automatically set 1.25 but I put 1.20
when the cinebench is started, the computer has shut down. (it never happened to me)
I changed the SA / IO value to 1.25 and the cinebench test started but did not complete it causing a blue screen.
I noticed one thing ....
If you restore factory settings and change the value of the cores (all at 50) using the intel extreme tuning program, the system works and remains stable with both cinebench and the Intel extreme tuning test. (10 min ... I did not have much time)
I have also increased to 51 ... (2 min of test) everything is regular.
I start not understanding anything anymore ....
I noticed that starting the test with conebench the computer goes into thermal throtteling ... apparently this sink is not enough and I just bought the Kraken x62 hoping that it improves the situation.
I enclose the photo of my system (I think I have mounted the radiator fans badly)
thank you very much and sorry for the english .. I translate with google 🙂

I wanted to make sure that you were able to sustain all core stability..either at stock or OC'd as from what I was reading in ur post...some cores were clocking down...so...I'm guessing that...has been resolved ??
Now...back to another issue u seem to be having...blue screens...can u post the memory modules you are using in ur system...from what I can see listed in ur PC Specs...the memory listed is not on the QVL for the board.

right now I'm running a test with only xmp 1 enabled ... the rest of the settings automatically.
core 0 50
core 1 50
core 2 50
core 3 48
core 4 48
core 5 47
core 6 47
core 7 47
first tests 95
the memories installed are F4-3600C17D-32GTZR 16x2
this package is not present, but it should be the same as the F4-3600C17Q-32GTZR 16x4
occasionally a blue screen pops out
"whea uncorrectable error" is the most common
"page fault in nonpaged area" appeared the first time 10 min ago (all core 50)

With the multi set @ 50...set sync all cores as well...
Leave the VCore on auto...for the moment.

XMP 1
sync all core 50

xmp 2
sync all core 50
does not work
can it be a temperature problem? it touches the 95/97 ° c with cinebench (only with cinebench it reboots)

Temp is high. I would try remounting the block. Might be an easy fix.
Also, I know Philly wants to help you get your system up and running with one go at all the settings, but it might be a good idea to isolate the CPU by running the RAM at default 3200. There are quite a few posts about 2 stick 32GB kits struggling on the board. The topology is tuned best for 4 sticks running off the QVL. Your errors may be memory related more than CPU core speeds.
