Z270H no picture problem when starting up pc

Hi.When I started up my pc today there was no picture or Bios post at all so I turned the pc off and unplugged it for a while and then I got picture. This was using the Bios version 0906,same thing happend with 0801 so I wonder if anyone could help me with finding the problem.another thing was that when I had downgraded my Bios to 0801 there was a message onscreen saying:"please enter setup to recover Bios settning. When RAID configuration was built, ensure to set SATA configuration to RAID mode." I haven't installed any RAID so I'm confused why this message is appearing. I'm wondering if it's just a memory timing issue or something. My memory is Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000MHz 32GB.

I don't know were the cmos battery is and I have someone that installs my pc parts so I have no Idea how to do that. and i dont know what qleds are either.Does anyone know what CPU VCCIO Voltage and CPU System Agent Voltage I should set to if I should change that?

I see in the bios 0906 thread here that theres similar issues that I've experiencing. My pc refused to show a picture today again and as soon as I unpluged it and the motherboard lights whent off and I pluged in the pc and started it again the picture was back again. As in the thread they say theres something wrong with the Xmp profile can this be the problem that I'm seeing? if so how do I set the best timings and voltage for my memory?
