THIS ONE is a good place to start (written mostly for Dell but there is generic advice as well).
My suspicion would be with your Kingston M.2 card (not suspecting compatibility, but suspecting its content), has it been formatted and populated with any data yet or is it unformatted? Make sure there are no previous versions of Windows on it, and a clean low level format. Also make sure it is seated properly, as well as your RAM.
