If all the photos are correct for this 3d print cover it is a horrible design if you expect to use a gpu in the main x16 pci-e slot. The way the cover is designed from photos the lower screw mounting point is internal to the cover meaning you will block the ability to use a gpu in the first slot. Is this being redesigned to move the length up to the edge of the audio box and then a screw tab inserted to the exterior of the I/O cover?
The way this should have been designed is how the MSI B150M Mortar Arctic I/O cover is. It hugs the edge of the lower I/O box and has an external screw tab for securing the cover to the motherboard. This allows clearance in the first pci-e slot for a gpu to be installed.
As it appears with how the design is your out of luck for installing a gpu and out $30+ if you order the cover and intend to use a GPU.
