Q-Fan Issue Maximus IX Formula

Hi,

I've got a bit of an issue on my board where my fan settings keep reverting in the bios from manual settings to Q-Fan randomly when the PC is on.

I'm not running any fan control software, so I'm at a bit of loss to what would be causing this.

None of the other bios settings are affected.

Bios version is 1203 and I've done everything from clearing the CMOS, Loading default settings, and replacing the battery.

Anyone else come across this?

Try reflashing your BIOS.

yes. I did on last bios. I re flash it it. need to check the manual on how to use the a USB, name of the bios and load it direct on the back on the BIOS USB port and use the reflash. all your configuration will be lost and DO NOT MOUNT the old one, make a new one
