Maximus IX Hero - Rgb headers and sleep mode

Should the rgb headers work during sleep mode? They aren't working for me and I want to make sure that's the way it's supposed to be because I wish they would. I have an rgb strip connected to header 1 and it would be nice to light up at night when the computer is in sleep mode.

Thanks, I do have that enabled and the onboard leds light up as expected, but not the headers.
