Maximus IX Hero - No ethernet on startup

Hi,

As the title say every time I boot my computer my ethernet shows as a limited connection and takes a 1 minute or 2 to get connection.

If i connect it directly to the router through cable it does work instantly. Connected directly to the modem shows as limited as soon as the PC boots and gets connection a minute or 2 after.

Called my ISP and we changed the modem 3 times with the same result.

Tried a clean build with all the updated drivers with no difference.

Updated BIOS to latest version and did a clear CMOS / default BIOS setting with the same results.

I have had the same issue before and it seemed to eventually fix itself, I would try only installing only motherboard chipset and MEI drivers and let Windows install Ethernet drivers and see how that works

Tried to uninstall drivers but they simply don't.

Downloaded directly from INTEL website and didn't worked. tried to uninstall and reinstall with the ASUS installer with no luck,

Don't really know whats going on.
