M.2 installation and advice

Hey guys,
Currently I have been sporting a crucial 500gb m.2 SSD in my Maximus IX Code flawlessly.
I also have 1tb Samsung 850, and 3 6g HDD connected to sata ports. Total of 4.
Now I am getting a Samsung 960 pro 1tb pcie SSD.
Any suggestions and advice?*

I was looking into on eBay and other places, not so sure which are good.

Dont buy from Ebay, look at the return policies. 99.99% of them say returns not accepted. Yes its covered by the Ebay gurantee but that can takes months and you can still lose.

Plenty of reputable retailers. I bought my 1TB 960 pros from Amazon.

You said to get a pcie slot 3
Did you mean to get a m.2 pcie SSD?
Because I got that from Samsung.

I mistakenly thought u meant to get a m.2 to pcie adapter.*

Omg!!!!
This 960 Pro is a freaking Beast!!!
I changed the setting for m.2 to pci express and X4 in Bios.
Setup up windows and installed Samsung nvme driver too
I can't believe how fast windows 10 is compared to using m.2 crucial SSD.

If you're coming from a SATA M.2 SSD then yes, a NVMe PCIe SSD is like night and day. lol
