Extreme IX Monoblock RGB no light

All the other RGB lightings works except for the monoblock light. Tried switching the RGB header plug both ways, still nothing. Any suggestions? 🙂

I've been having the same problem on my Z270F. All of a sudden the I/O shield RGB stopped working. It doesn't react to any changes in BIOS or AURA, even though I can still change the lights on my G.Skill RGB RAM in Aura.

There are also other threads in the forum (in the X99 and the X370 subforum) where people complain about LEDs not working anymore.

It would be really nice to know if this can be fixed by an AURA update in the future, or if the hardware is broken.

There was another thread where the OP's waterflow was not functioning. The cause was due to the wires being pinched from the block. Please check if they are pinched or cut; the next step would be RMA.
