Can someone help me with my Motherboard?

I recently got a problem with my motherboard. I have an Asus "Rog Maximus IX Hero."  It was working a couple months ago, until I decided to replace my old case with a new one. After the change (which I did; I've worked with PCs before), I turned on the PC and the problem started, the motherboard turns on but doesn't seem to start; it doesn't load BIOS or anything, it just stays there on dark screen. I checked the code panel on the motherboard and found a pattern there.

It shows these codes on loop

3E
34
There are lights indicating the processes under the code panel; Indicates it loads CPU but once it checks dram It just restart the chain. I guess it's a ram issue, but I was using all the components before the case change, and I also tested everything on another motherboard. I'm actually lost and don't know if this problem is fixable.

Any help or tip will be awesome.

Hi @Sebast_mm

The first thing would be to remove the board from the chassis and retest to see if this helps.

1. If no change, remount the CPU and cooler whilst checking the CPU pin pad and socket for debris/damage, and ensuring for even mounting pressure as per the cooling vendor's instructions.

2. Insert one memory module into slot A2.

3. Retest and report back.

Thanks for your response, I did what you told me, i started the pc just with the essencials outside the case, but there was no change, the motherboard still doesn't boot.

Clear CMOS.
Try one ram stick at a time.
Reseat CPU.
