I installed a ssd m2 hyperX predator of M2-1 slot and I get 1300-801 r/w, if you move on the same M2-2 and setting from bios x4 improve the performance of the ssd? advise me which slot to install it?

The port is not your problem, the choice of drives is. Not all NVMe drives are created the same and everyone references the speed of Samsung drives but fact of the matter is they have the SSD market all sewn up.
