Asus Strix Z270H and USB problems

I have a Asus Strix Z270H MB and are having some USB issues.
After the computer has been on for some time (i usually just put it in sleep mode, not turning it completly off) the USB ports stopps working correctly.
It won't detect devices etc. and I either have to change ports or restart the computer.
Any idea on how to fix this?

All drivers etc. are updated

Yes. Havn't changed any settings regarding USB. Have only tried disabling the USB power setting under Windows 10 which didn't help.

If you have XMP enabled, reset to defaults (F5) and test sleep mode.

Will do. I had XMP enabled. How does XMP effect the USB ports?.

It could be with XMP enabled, your ram is not fully stable and can cause issues you're experiencing.

Legacy USB support is set to Auto and XHCI is disabled, is this correct?.

Try enabling xHCI or If you have the option "Smart Auto" set it to that and see if this makes a difference with the USB ports.

Also make sure you're using the latest BIOS for your motherboard.
